SO, there we were…four friends with an amazing pizza recipe talking one night over a beer on how great it would be to open a place and enjoy a delicious slice of pizza served with a cold craft beer or nice glass of wine in the best town in Texas. We were “In it to win it” and Oakfire pizza was the result.









Wow! We cannot begin to tell you how excited we are to bring downtown Belton, TX another original dining option. We are turning our small but awesome! (that's right my fellow children of the 80's I said awesome) location into a casual, family friendly place to come experience wood fired pizza and craft beers. We will have west coast and Texas craft beers to start with and our own brews added soon. It is a small location but we have grand plans. We are adding in an open half floor concept and a rooftop deck with great views of the courthouse.
